Kettering's Jabber System uses LDAP Authentication. Using LDAP authentication means there is one less password for everyone to remember. Thus, the password is the same as for email, Thompson Hall computer registration, and access to the Unix labs. If you do not remember this password, it can be reset by the helpdesk between 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m.
